How do I return an item?
Please see our return policy below and contact us with any questions at:
Damages must be reported within 4 days of receiving merchandise or it cannot be returned.
Items eligible for refund are issued back refund in the original method of payment.
Items eligible for store credit will be issued an online store credit (these cannot be used in our brick & mortar store).
All returns must be received unwashed, unworn and in new condition. If the item arrived with tags on it, they tags must still be attached.
Shoes must be returned in their original box and placed inside an additional, protective shipping box.
All jewelry is FINAL SALE.
All hats are FINAL SALE.
All items listed in the SALE category are FINAL SALE.

Refunds are processed within 5 days of receiving your return - you will receive an email confirmation that your return has been received and the refund has been issued.
Colors may vary due to photography equipment, lighting and computer monitor setting. Clothing patterns may vary. These situations do NOT qualify as defects.

Local returns can be dropped off at our Westport Village store during normal business hours.
- You must fill out the 2 forms you received with your package
- The return will be transferred to our online department, where they will issue the refund or ONLINE STORE CREDIT within 5 business days
- You will be contacted via email once your return has been processed
