How do I return an item?

We want your shopping experience at Chartreuse Online to be the best ever! We hope you love everything you purchase but if not we will make sure your return process is as easy as possible.

Return Policy
  • We accept returns for refund within 18 calendar days from the date you placed your order.
  • We accept returns for online store credit up to 30 calendar days from the date you placed your order.
  • We will not accept any returns after 30 calendar days.
  • Coupon codes of 25% off or more will be FINAL SALE and not eligible for return or exchange!

    Damages must be reported within 4 days of receiving merchandise or it cannot be returned.

    Items eligible for refund are issued back in the original method of payment.

    Items eligible for store credit will be issued an online store credit (these cannot be used in our brick & mortar store).

    All returns must be received unwashed, unworn and in new condition. If the item arrived with tags on it, they tags must still be attached.

    Shoes must be returned in their original box and placed inside an additional, protective shipping box.

    All jewelry is FINAL SALE.
    All hats are FINAL SALE.
    All items listed in the SALE category are FINAL SALE.

    Items returned with makeup,
    deodorant, perfume or any other stains will be shipped back to you, not refunded + additional shipping cost.

    Refunds are processed within 5 days of receiving your return - you will receive an email confirmation that your return has been received and the refund has been issued.

    Colors may vary due to photography equipment, lighting and computer monitor setting. Clothing patterns may vary. These situations do NOT qualify as defects.
