Return Policy
  • We accept returns for full refund within 18 calendar days from the date you placed your order.
  • We accept returns for online store credit from 19 - 30 calendar days from the date you placed your order.
  • We will not accept any returns after 30 calendar days.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping fees.
  • Items purchased at 30% off or more can be returned for store credit only.

    Damages must be reported within 4 days of receiving merchandise or it cannot be returned.

    All returns must be received unwashed, unworn and in new condition. If the item arrived with tags on it, they tags must still be attached.

    Shoes must be returned in their original box and placed inside an additional, protective shipping box.

    All jewelry is FINAL SALE.

    Items returned with makeup, deodorant, perfume or any other stains will be shipped back to you, not refunded + additional shipping cost.

    Refunds are processed within 5 days of receiving your return - you will receive an email confirmation when your return has been processed.

    Colors may vary due to photography equipment, lighting and computer monitor setting. Clothing patterns may vary. These situations do NOT qualify as defects.

    Exchanges: Due to inventory constantly changing, we are unable to offer exchanges. We recommend purchasing the correct size of the desired item and shipping back what you wish to return. This ensures you do not miss out on an item.
